I've been terrible

I've been a terrible blogger, I know. Let's see what has happened since I last blogged. Hmmmmmm. I participated in ADSR3. No, I did not win any of the final prizes, but I did get some great participation prizes, and I have a new friend in my partner. I would definitely do it again with Debbie!!! It was a great experience.

Uhhhhhhh....I've finally gotten a request to shoot a vow renewal ceremony. DH is going to be a second photographer. We're hoping to borrow a relative's camera. We'll see how that goes.

DH's sis has also asked us to take her pics for prom. That's this next weekend. We did take her pics here at the house. We built a backdrop out of PVC, and used curtains and material as backgrounds. They actually turned out pretty good.

We recently got a 50mm f/1.4D lens. DH took some lightning pics last night. I took the lens to DD's soccer game and got some pics of a friend's DD. I love how these turned out with a little help from lightroom.









I'm trying to get as much practice as I can before the vow renewal.

I still have to get photobooks printed to show products. Plus I need to actually get a domain name instead of using a freebie name. More credibility ya know. I'll just put it on the to-do list along with be a better blogger. LOL.
