I won, I won, I won!!!

I won a fabulous kit by Jill D-Zines because I helped name it! Imagine my surprise when I opened my email and there was a link to this absolutely lovely and scrumptous kit! I love the elements and the colors.


Here's a LO I did with it.


Other than that burst of creativity, not much else has happened today. I did take DD to the playscape and we saw a boy of about 9 or 10 fall. When he got up, there was a bend between his wrist and elbow and his wrist was bent at an odd angle. Have you ever seen any appendage point the completely opposite way from normal? It's disturbing. DD says "Why's that boys arm all pointed like this? (she twists her arm around)." I told her that it looked like the poor boy broke his arm. Accidents happen. It's just unfortunate that some have to be so painful. I wish him well.
